First Week Sales: Shining Resonance

The PS3 RPG Shining Resonance has sold 67,282 copies in its first week, according to the well-known market researcher Media Create.

For reference

• Shining Ark (2013.02.28) 54,837 copies
• Shining Blade (2012.03.15) 122,257 copies
• Shining Hearts (2010.12.16) 107,000 copies

(Note that these three games are very cheap now on PSN)

Games from Shining series may not sell millions but the IP itself is big for Sega, thanks to its merchandises.

Shining Resonance was released on December 11. Sonia is expected to be playable in Beast Note's best fighting game of generation Blade Arcus.
